Educational Qualification: B.Tech, B.E., MCA, M.Sc (IT/CS), or equivalent qualification. Certifications in mobile or full-stack development are desirable. Preferred Skills: Experience with large-scale or government digital platforms, analytics dashboards, offline data sync, cloud environments, and Agile methodologies.
