He once arrived Manukota before Independence and stayed outside of the town in a place which is called “Shikarkhana”. The name of Manukota as the passage of the time, hence called Mahabubabad. There was a temple namely Sri Lord Veerabhadraswamy and Bhadrakali Ammaru at kuravi situated at a distance of 12 Kms from Mahabubabad town.
The existing Court building was established in the name of District Munsiff during the period of Nizam 1347 Fasli- 1937, and later VI Addl. District and Sessions Judge’s Court (FTC), Mahabubabad has been established in the year 2004 and the said Court has been re-designated as Prl. District and Sessions Court, Mahabubabad during the bifurcation of Judicial Districts and functioning w.e.f., 02.06.2022.
