Electronics Corporation of India Limited, a Public Sector Enterprise under Department of Atomic Energy, is looking for dynamic and result-oriented personnel for the following positions purely on fixed tenure contract basis, for a period of Four Years (subject to project requirement and satisfactory performance of the candidates) to work at Sites/Customer premises (Mysuru, Karnataka) for the project requirements of Customer Support Division.

5. Qualification & Experience: First Class B.Sc. degree with Chemistry from any recognized Institute / University & should have passed HSC / 12th / Intermediate with MPC / PCM background only. OR First class 3 yrs. diploma in Chemical course after SSC. OR 2 yrs. Diploma course after HSC / 12th with First Class from government approved polytechnic institute in chemical discipline.

4. Contract Pay: ₹ 19,324 pm
5. Qualification & Experience:
(i) Electrical Trade: Should have passed ITI (2 years) in the trade of Electrical with Minimum two years of post-qualification experience in the field of Operations & Maintenance of sub-stations / UPS / Battery / DG Sets. Preference shall be given to the candidates with more relevant experience.
(ii) Chemical Plant Operator: Minimum 60% marks in aggregate in HSC / 12th with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics. OR Minimum 60% marks in SSC with Science / Mathematics along with Trade Certificate of not less than two years duration in Chemical Plant operation. OR
a) Should have passed ITI (AOCP-Attendant Operator Chemical Plant) / NCTVT in Chemical plant operations. Freshers with good academic record and relevant knowledge can also apply for the Chemical (SAA-C & JA-C) posts. However, persons having experience in Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Plant / Laboratory will not be considered.

Selection Procedure
a. The entire selection will be made strictly based on merit.
b. The candidates have to qualify in Written Test & Trade Test and the weightage is 40% & 60% respectively. There shall be no interview.
c. Final merit list will be prepared considering the score of both Written Test & Trade Test.
(i). Written test:
a. The candidates have to bring their ID Proof viz. Aadhar, PAN, Voter-ID, Driving License or any of the ID proofs issued by Govt. for attending the Written Test.
b. Candidates are requested to carry their own pen/pencil & a writing pad/plank for the Written Test.
c. The candidates, who are shortlisted through written test, will only be called for Trade Test, subject to production of all documents at the time of document verification.
ii. Trade Test: The schedule of Trade Test will be communicated at the venue by displaying the list of shortlisted candidates. After necessary verification process, the eligible candidates will be called for Trade Test which will be held on 13/03/2022.
How to Apply:
Eligible candidates may download the Application Form from our website (www.ecil.co.in) and should report at 09:30 hrs. (Registration will be closed by 10.30 hrs.) at the venue with duly filled in application along with all certificates as mentioned above and recent passport size color photograph (Blue background only). Entire selection process likely to take 2 days of time. Accordingly, out station candidates may require to make their own arrangements for the stay.

c) Walk-in Venue: Project Office cum Transit Accommodation, Bhabha Atomic Research Center, 8th Main Road, Defence Layout, In front of Regency Public school, Vidyaranyapura, Bengaluru – 560097
Important Instructions:
a. Candidate should read the complete advertisement carefully and ensure that he / she has fulfilled the eligibility criteria of the post stated in the advertisement in all respects.
b. Candidates shall be required to work in general and Round `O’ Clock shift operations.
c. Company reserves the right to raise the eligibility criteria to restrict the no. of eligible candidates to be called for written test and also fill up the post or alter the no. of posts or even cancel the whole process of recruitment without assigning any reason.
d. Upper age limit & post-qualification experience for all above posts will be calculated as on selection date.
e. Candidates who studied full time / regular courses are only eligible. Correspondence / distance mode / e-learning / part time courses shall not be considered.
f. The Degree of Disability for PwD Candidates is 40% & above.
g. All qualifications should be from a recognized Indian University / Institution recognized by appropriate Statutory Authority.
h. In case of CGPA, relevant certificate from the Institution/University to be produced with regards to conversion of CGPA to percentage.
i. The application is liable for rejection at any stage of recruitment process in case of suppression of facts/furnishing of false information.
j. Canvassing in any form will result in immediate rejection of application.
k. Any Legal proceeding in respect of any matter / claim or dispute arising out of this advertisement and / or any application in response thereto can be instituted only limited to Courts at GHMC (Kapra Circle) alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
l. No electronic gadgets/devices will be allowed throughout the Selection Process.
m. Only Indian Nationals are eligible.
n. In view of the current pandemic, candidates are requested to follow necessary personal / respiratory hygiene / Cough Etiquette and strictly adhere to prescribed COVID-19 protocol (issued by the Government). Always wear mask, frequently sanitize hands and maintain physical distance.
