1. Post Name: Project Coordinator

2. Location: Bangalore (only for Bangalore residents)

3. Qualification & Experience:

a. Master’s Degree in Rural Management/social work/ Economics/MBA and interest in working with urban poor women

b. Must have 3 years of experience in Micro enterprise/ Entrepreneurship Development/ Self Employment/ Livelihood/ Women’s related schemes and projects. 

c. The candidate should possess good documentation and reporting skills, high degree of computer literacy, data analysis ability and good communication ability with fluency in English, Hindi and Kannada.

4. Job Description: 

a. Coordinate with Project Director, Master Trainers, Subject Matter Experts and Community Mobilizers for implementation of the project Represent SATTVA Project in the project location and interaction with donor agency

b. Plan and conduct market analysis study and surveys to identify potential urban habitats Draft necessary strategic documents concerning project design, planning and implementation, such as results frameworks, work plans, key milestones/targets program budget, etc.

c. Undertake day to day management of the project, including smooth project implementation, efficient use of resources Understanding appropriate business ideas and technology solutions 

d. Organizing workshops and training programmes for Entrepreneurship Development. Ensure the timelines and quality of the outputs as well as timely preparation of reports on achievements and challenges faced within the project.

e. Facilitate Business Plan Formulation, funding and infra set-up for bank linkages Project Execution and enterprise setup

5. Type of Employment: On Contractual basis.

6. Remuneration: 50,000 to 55,000 per month

7. All the selected candidates may be posted anywhere in the country.  Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu, and proficiency in computers are essential.  Salary/fee will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
