Desirable Qualification & Scope of Work
- Desirable: Experience handling instruments at a central facility in a national/international research laboratory. Previous experience in handling X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) will be preferred.
- Job Description/Scope of Work: Knowledge of X-ray spectroscopy, XPS instrumentation, vacuum and ultra-high vacuum (UHV) systems, including spectrometer operation, acquisition, calibration, and maintenance of surface-analysis equipment. Ability to operate XPS systems and interpret chemical/surface analytical data for materials science, chemistry, and related applications.
