The Goa State Infrastructure Development Corporation (GSIDC) was introduced by the Government of Goa, as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), for implementation of all infrastructural project floated by the state government like : Construction of Bridges / Fly over / Traffic Management / Bus Stand / Water Supply Arrangement / Hospital / Tourism Related Projects etc.This would help in development of infrastructural facilities all over the state of Goa.

The main objective of Goa State Infrastructure Development Corporation (GSIDC) is to construct build, remodel repair,execute, develop improve, administer,manage,control, maintains, demolish, grades, curve, macadamize, cement highways, airport, express routes, roads paths, street lights,township schemes, shipyards, seaware, canal, well, ports,irrigation, improving domestic sanitary etc.
