Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Clinical Psychologist

• Essential: M.A (Psychology) Degree of University in India established or incorporated by or under central act, provincial act or recognized by University Grants Commission or equivalent qualification. Must possess P.G Diploma in Medical and Social Psychology of recognized institution OR M.Phil in Medical & Social Psychology/M.Phil in Clinical Psychology/M.Phil in Mental Health & Social Psychology of recognized University.
• Registration: Must be registered in Rehabilitation Council of India.

Eligibility for Rehabilitation Psychologist

• Essential: PG in Psychology in M.Phil in Rehabilitation Psychology.
• Registration: Must be registered in Rehabilitation Council of India.

Eligibility for Occupational Therapist

• Essential: Must possess Degree of B.A or B.Sc of any recognized university OR Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy of any recognized institution. Diploma in Occupational Therapy of any recognized institution.
• Note: In case Graduates (B.A or B.Sc) with Diploma in Occupational Therapy are not available, next preference will be given to candidates who possess Diploma in Occupational Therapy from any recognized institution with minimum general educational qualification.

Eligibility for Psychiatry Social Worker

• Essential: M.A/M.S.W Degree in Medical Psychiatric Social Work.
• Experience: M.Phil Psychiatric Social Work/Ph.D.

Eligibility for Medical Record Technician

• Essential: Pass in PUC or any other equivalent examination of recognized institution. Medical Record Technician Course from recognized Institution. Must have computer knowledge.
• Desirable: Preference shall be given to candidate with Hospital experience for minimum period of six months.

Eligibility for ECG Technician

• Essential: Must have passed Intermediate with science subject or its equivalent. Must possess Diploma in ECG Technician course from recognized institution OR B.Sc. ECG and Cardio Vascular Technician from any Govt. recognized institution.
• Registration: Must be registered in APPMB up to date Renewal.

Eligibility for EEG Technician

• Essential: Must have Passed intermediate examination or its equivalent. Must Possess Diploma in EEG Technician Course from recognized institution.
• Registration: Must be registered in APPMB up to date Renewal.

Eligibility for Lab Technician Gr-II

• Essential: Must possess DMLT or B.Sc(MLT). OR If Intermediate (VOC) with one year apprenticeship in Govt. Hospitals. Must be registered in APPMB.
• Note: In case of candidate possesses both DMLT and B.Sc MLT, the maximum percentage secured in any of the above shall be considered.

Eligibility for Anaesthesia Technician

• Essential: Must possess Intermediate with science Groups and 2 years Diploma in Anesthesia Technician. Registration in Paramedical Board of Andhra Pradesh up to date Renewal.

Eligibility for Yoga Instructor

• Essential: Graduation from recognized university with diploma in yoga from recognized institution by the government. OR Graduate in yoga sciences from recognized university.

Eligibility for Junior Assistant

• Essential: Must have any Degree with Computer from any recognized University. Must have Passed PG. Diploma in Computer Applications.

Eligibility for Electrician

• Essential: Must have passed SSC or its equivalent. Diploma in electrical engineering or ITI in electrical trade.
• Note: If person possess both Diploma and ITI certificate, maximum percentage of marks obtained either of the course shall be considered.

Eligibility for Data Entry Operator

• Essential: Must have any Degree with Computer. Must have passed P.G Diploma in Computer Applications.

Eligibility for Dhobi

• Essential: Must have passed SSC/10th Class or its equivalent from recognized Board.

Eligibility for Barber

• Essential: Must have passed SSC/10th Class or its equivalent from recognized Board.

Eligibility for General Duty Attendant

• Essential: Must have passed SSC/10th Class or its equivalent from recognized Board.

Age Limit

• Upper Age Limit: 42 years as on date of notification.
• Age Relaxation: 05 years for SC/ST/BC/EWS; 03 years for Ex-Servicemen; 10 years for Differently Abled Persons.
• Maximum Age: 52 years with all relaxations.

Application Fee

• OC Candidates: ₹300/-
• SC/ST/BC/EWS/Physically Challenged Candidates: ₹250/-
• Mode: Demand Draft in favour of "Principal, Govt. Medical College, Kadapa".
• Multiple Posts: Separate DD required for each post.

Selection Process

Selection will be based on merit marks calculated out of 100:

• 75% Marks: Aggregate of marks obtained in qualifying examination.
• Up to 10 Marks: Weightage for years of experience after acquiring qualification.
• Up to 15% Weightage: For candidates working on Contract/Outsourcing/Honorarium basis (including COVID-19 service) based on service location and duration.
