Applications are invited from eligible candidate for filling up of the following contractual positions under Zilla Swasthya Samiti, Sundargarh through walk-in- interview or inviting applications as mentioned against each. All the positions are purely temporary in nature, subject to renewal and co- terminus with the scheme as per the terms&conditions of OSH & FW Society.

1. Position: Paediatric Specialist, DEIC

2. No of Post: 01

3. Remuneration& Performance Incentive (P.I): Rs. 76, 577 + Performance Incentive

4. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate should have obtained MBBS Degree from an institution recognized by Medical Council of India with M.D in Paediatrics /Diploma of National Board in Child Health/ Diploma in Child Health from any recognized University Institution. S/He must have valid registration from the Odisha Council of Medical Registration. Candidates must have passed odia up to ME Standard

1. Position: Optometrist,DEIC

3. Remuneration& Performance Incentive (P.I): Rs. 15,545+ Performance Incentivee

4. Eligibility Criteria:

The candidate should have Diploma in Optometry from a recognized University /Institution or trained as Ophthalmic Assistant from a recognized Govt. Hospital Candidates having Masters/ Bachelors Degree in Optometry will be given preference. Institution. However

1. Position: Clinical Psychologist, NMHP

4. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must have Post Graduate Degree in Psychology or Clinical PsychologY or Applied Psychology along with the Master of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology or Medical & Social Psychology obtained after completion of a full time course of two years which includes supervised clinical training from any University recognized by the University Grants approved & Commission and recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India.Candidates must have passed Odia up to M.E Standard.

1. Position: Psychiatric Nurse, NMHP

2. No of Post: 01

3. Remuneration& Performance Incentive (P.I): Rs. 18,494 + Performance Incentive

4. Eligibility Criteria:

The candidate must have passed in General Nursing and Midwifery/ B.Sc. Nursing from any 3 Govt. Nursing Schools of 3 Medical Colleges /| School of Nursing MCL, Talcher /1GH, Rourkela or other recognised private institutions duly approved by INC and must have registered in the Odisha Nurses & Midwifes Council. She must have Diploma in Psychiatric Nurses.

1. Position: Audiologist Cum - Speech Therapist, DEIC

3. Remuneration& Performance Incentive (P.I): Rs. 30,018+ Performance Incentive

4. Eligibility Criteria:

The Candidate must have passed Bachelor's Degree in Audiology and speech language pathology from a recognised institution University recognised by rehabilitation council of India (RCI) also having registration certificate of RCI. The Candidate must have minimum two years of post qualification of clinical experience.

1. Position: Social Worker DEIC

2. No of Post: 01

3. Remuneration& Performance Incentive (P.I): Rs. 19,418 + Performance Incentive

4. Eligibility Criteria:

The Candidate must have passed Bachelor's Degree in Sociology OR Social Work with minimum 50% Marks from a recognised institution / University. OR Master's degree in Sociology OR Social Work with minimum 50% Marks from a recognised institution/University.

1. Position: Dental Technician, DEIC

3. Remuneration& Performance Incentive (P.I): Rs. 13,384 + Performance Incentive

4. Eligibility Criteria: The Candidate must have Diploma in Dental Technology (at least 2 years of course duration) from a recognized Institution.
