1. Educational Qualification

• Principal: Trained M.A./M.Sc. (Hindi/English/Science/Maths/Biology/Chemistry/Physics/Computer Science) + B.Ed (min 4 years exp) OR M.Ed OR Trained Science Diploma holder (15-20 years exp).
• PGT Hindi: M.A. in Hindi with Sanskrit or Shastri. Must be trained.

• Lab Assistant: HSC with Diploma in Laboratory Technology.
• Office Superintendent / Clerk: Intermediate/High School + Computer subject/CCC Certificate + Typing (Hindi 25 wpm, English 30 wpm).
• Full-Time Teacher (Eng/Maths/Sci): Post-Graduation (or Graduation with B.Ed) + B.Ed/High Primary training.
• Caretaker: Post-Graduation with B.Ed.

2. Age Limit

• Principal: 30 to 45 Years.
• All Other Posts: 25 to 45 Years.
• Age Calculation Date: 01 April 2025 (based on High School/Class 8 certificate).
• Upper Age Limit: Maximum age up to 60 years for service in KGBVs.

3. Gender & Other Requirements

• Gender: Only Female candidates are eligible to apply. Male candidates must not apply.
• Reservation: Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/EWS as per State Government norms. Proof of category certificate is mandatory.
• Residency: Selected staff (Cook, Peon, Watchman, etc.) must reside within school premises.

Selection Process

Selection will be conducted in the following manner:

• For Teaching & Administrative Posts (Principal, PGT, etc.): Selection will be based on a Merit List (Quality Marks) calculated from academic percentages and training marks.

Merit Calculation Criteria:

• High School: % of marks x 10/100
• Intermediate: % of marks x 10/100
• Graduation: % of marks x 20/100
• Post-Graduation: % of marks x 20/100
• Training (B.Ed/M.Ed): % of marks x 30/100

Tie-Breaker: If merit points are equal, the older candidate is preferred. If age is also equal, the candidate with the name appearing earlier in the English alphabet is selected.

• For Non-Teaching Staff (Cook, Peon, Watchman): Selection will be based on an Interview.
