In pursuance of Notification No. 5221-RD /0/NREGA/18-03/09 (Pt - I1) dated: 18/10/2017 of the Commissioner, P & RD Department, Govt. of West Bengal, Applications are hereby invited from the eligible candidates for recruitment of Gram Rozgar Sahayak (GRS) under MGNREGS to the following Gram Panchayat under Chhatna Development Block, Chhatna, Bankura, purely on contract basis for one year. i. The engagement may also be terminated by appropriate authority for unsatisfactory service, misconduct etc. of the incumbent concerned 1. Position: Gram Rozgar Sahayak (GRS) 2. No of Post: 01 3. Salary: Rs. 12000/- 4. Name of the Gram Panchayat: Chinabari 5. Qualification: Higher Secondary Passed in Science/Vocational Stream (Combination with Mathematics & Physics) with 55% marks. 6 Month Computer Course with knowledge in MS- Office from a recognized institution affiliated to the Govt. of West Bengal. The candidate must be the resident and voters of the Chhatna Development Block area.

Selection Procedure
1. GRS will be selected after fulfillment of eligible criteria based on merit as per marks obtainedin H.S exam. If there is more than one candidate secure same aggregate, marks obtained in Physics& Mathematics combined will be computed and the candidate securing higher marks in that category will be considered.
2. Engagement will be on contract initially for one year. After the period of contract is over the renewal of the contract for one year may be allowed, subject o satisfactory service rendered by the GRS.
How to Apply:
1. The starting date of dropping application is 19.04.2022 from 11.00 A.M and the last date of submission of application is 27.04.2022 up to 4.00 P.M.
2. Candidate must apply in specific format attached herewith.
3. The sealed envelope containing the application should be super seribed with the words "Application for the post of Gram Rozgar Sahayak under MGNREGS, Applied for Chinabari Gram Panchayat Under Chhatna Development Block and should be addressed to the Programme officer (MGNREGS) & Block Development Officer, Office of the Block Development Officer, Chhatna Development Block, PO- Chhatna, PS - Chhatna, Dist-Bankura, Pin -722132 and should be dropped the same from 19.04.2022 to 27.04.2022 (Both the dates are included) by 11.00 A.M to 4.00 P.M (Except Saturday and Sunday or any specified Holiday) in the drop box of Concerned Block Office
4. The application forms will be obtained at free of cost from the Concerned Gram Panchayat.
