Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • For Community Health Officer (Nursing):
    • Passed Integrated course of BPCCHN included in B.Sc. Nursing in the year 2021 or thereafter from an institute recognised by West Bengal Nursing Council.
    • OR Passed General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM)/ Post Basic B.Sc / B.Sc. Nursing before the year 2021 from an institute recognised by West Bengal Nursing Council.
    • Must have registration certificate / provisional certificate issued from West Bengal Nursing Council (WBNC).
    • Proficiency in Bengali/local language & dialect.
    • Competency in MS Office & Internet (Desirable).
  • For Community Health Officer (BAMS):
    • Passed BAMS from a recognised Institute/ University.
    • Must have registration certificate /provisional certificate from Paschim Banga Ayurved Parisad (West Bengal Ayurved Council).
    • Proficiency in Bengali/local language and dialect.
    • Competency in MS Office & Internet (Desirable).

Age Limit

  • Maximum Age: Up to 40 years.
  • Age as on: 1st April of the year of publication of notice (i.e., 01 April 2026).
  • Age Relaxation: As per government rules for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates.
