HCM Rajasthan State Institute of Public Administration was started functioning from 17th march 1948, The objective of the institute is to contribute continuing improvement in the administration of the state so that it is able to fulfil the aspirations of the people for development at an accelerated pace.

The main objective of Institute is to contribute for the improvement of State administration through training research and management consultancy and to develop positive attitude and skill.The institute engages itself in honing and semi-government officials through the process of training.

They provide leadership and guidance to other training programmes in the state to improve administrative techniques of Management, Urban Development and Urban Service, Good Governance, Public Ethics, Disaster Management, Environmental Management & Administrative Development, etc.
