HLL Lifecare Recruitment 2026: Walk-in for SSLC/ ITI/ Graduate Trainee Positions

HLL Lifecare Limited (HLL) is inviting applications for the recruitment of SSLC Trainee, ITI Trainee, and Graduate Trainee positions through a Walk-in Selection Test. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with SSLC, ITI, or B.Sc qualifications seeking initial training and experience in a renowned public sector undertaking. The training program is designed for 3 years, offering a stipend and valuable industry exposure. Training will be conducted at the Akkulam Factory, Thiruvananthapuram.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• SSLC Trainee: Must have passed SSLC or VHSE.
• ITI Trainee: Must have passed ITI in the relevant trade.
• Graduate Trainee: Must hold a B.Sc degree in any stream.

Note: Candidates who are overqualified for the specific trainee post will not be considered. Candidates who have already undergone training once in HLL in a similar position are NOT ELIGIBLE to apply.

Age Limit:

• SSLC Trainee & ITI Trainee: Candidates should be above 18 years and below 30 years as on 01-02-2026.
• Graduate Trainee: Candidates should be above 20 years and below 30 years as on 01-02-2026.

Age Relaxation:

Reservation will be followed as per Government of India Rules, which typically includes age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates. Specific details are available in the official notification.

Salary / Stipend Details

The engagement is under the Training & Development Scheme for a period of 3 years, with a stipend provided. This training does not confer any claim for regular employment in the Company.

• SSLC Trainee: 1st Year Rs.9,000/-, 2nd Year Rs.10,000/-, 3rd Year Rs.11,500/- Per Month.
• ITI Trainee: 1st Year Rs.9,500/-, 2nd Year Rs.10,500/-, 3rd Year Rs.12,000/- Per Month.
• Graduate Trainee: 1st Year Rs.10,000/-, 2nd Year Rs.11,000/-, 3rd Year Rs.12,500/- Per Month.

The duration of the training could be reduced at the discretion of the Company without notice.

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected based on a Walk-in Selection Test. Candidates need to report on the scheduled dates and times with all required documents.

Reporting Time:

• SSLC/ITI Trainees: 09-02-2026, by 10:00 AM.
• Graduate Trainees: 10-02-2026, by 10:00 AM.

Selection Test Time:

• SSLC/ITI Trainees: 09-02-2026, 12:00 NOON.
• Graduate Trainees: 10-02-2026, 12:00 NOON.

Note: Reporting after 12:00 noon on the respective dates will not be permitted.

3. Fill the downloaded application form completely and accurately.
4. Attend the Walk-in Selection Test on the specified dates and times.
5. Carry the duly completed Application Form along with the following self-attested documents:
   • Original certificates to prove age, qualification, and experience (if any).
   • SC/ST certificates (if applicable).
   • OBC Non-Creamy Layer certificates (if applicable).
   • One recent passport-size photograph.
6. Ensure that applications are complete and all required self-attested copies are attached. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
