Post-Wise Vacancy & Pay Scale

Gross Salary (Non-Metro at minimum scale): Rs. 61,830 per month (approx.) | Annual CTC (Non-Metro at minimum scale): Rs. 8.82 Lakhs (approx.)

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in mechanical engineering; maximum age 40 years as on 01.11.2026.
• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical): Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in mechanical engineering; maximum age 45 years as on 01.11.2026.

Required experience must cover one or more of the following domains:

• Planning, design, development, execution, installation, commissioning, qualification and maintenance of vaccine / biological manufacturing facilities, pharmaceutical or biotechnology facilities.
• Cleanroom HVAC, GMP-compliant utilities and industrial process systems; project execution, installation, commissioning and facility maintenance.
• Knowledge of WHO-GMP, Schedule M, biosafety and contamination control requirements.

Essential technical competencies: Cleanroom HVAC and controlled environmental systems; GMP-compliant process utilities; WFI and Purified Water Systems; Steam, Pure Steam and Compressed Air Systems; Chillers, Boilers and Industrial Utility Systems; Biological manufacturing equipment integration; Equipment qualification and commissioning (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ); Preventive and predictive maintenance; Technical tendering, procurement and project management; AutoCAD, P&ID and engineering drawing interpretation.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

1. Application Screening: All applications are screened for eligibility (qualification, experience, age) against the prescribed criteria. Applications not in the prescribed format will not be considered.
2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates are called for an interview. All information submitted in the application is verified against original documents at the time of the interview.
3. Final Selection: The decision of HLL Lifecare Management regarding selection is final. HLL reserves the right to cancel, restrict or modify the selection process, or to not fill any of the notified posts.

No TA/DA will be paid to candidates appearing for the interview.

Canvassing in any form will be treated as a disqualification.

3. Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth.

6. SC/ST Caste Certificate in the format applicable for appointment under Government of India (if applicable).
7. OBC Non-Creamy Layer Certificate in the format applicable for appointment under Government of India (if applicable).
8. No Objection Certificate (NOC) if currently working in Government, Semi-Government, PSU or Autonomous Body (to be produced at the time of interview).
9. Two recent passport-size photographs and valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN).
