Doctors fulfilling the requirements may submit their applications on plain paper indicating the Name and Address, Date of Birth, Qualifications with a year of passing, Registration No. &, Experience (self-attested copies of the certificate should be attached). The applications superscribed with Advertisement Number may be sent to the Registrar, IASST, Paschim Boragaon, Garchuk, Guwahati-35, Assam within fifteen days from the date of publication of this advertisement. Only the shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. The candidate should bring their original mark-sheets, certificates, and another credential at the time of the interview. No TA/DA will be provided to the candidates for appearing in the interview. IASST reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever.
