Applications are invited for the position of Jr. Programme Executive in the PGP Office. 1. Post Name: Junior Programme Executive 2. Qualification: Graduation in any discipline is a must. Post Graduate preferred with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university / Institute or its equivalent grade and consistently good academic record. Multitasking and Proficiency in computer operations like Excel (specially excel), Database Management MS windows & MS Office is must. Be a self-starter and take initiative, follow-up and drive activity. The candidate applying for the above position must be a citizen of India. 3. Experience: Post qualification experience of 2 years in Academic Administration activities is essential, desirable if the experience in an institute of national repute like IIMs or IITs will be a distinct advantage. 4. Job Description: a) Coordination with all stake holders such as students, faculties, internal departments and external agencies. b) Time Management and planning to ensure the timely delivery of an academic matters/flawless execution of Programme. c) Efficient and responsive communication with programme faculty and participants. d) Time-table preparation for all the respective terms, online and on campus module in as desired by Programme chair. e) Attendance Management, Conduct of exams, Grading and collation. f) Facilities bookings, classrooms and study material availability and allied coordination. g) Maintaining the database & regular update and systematic filing of records (softcopy/hardcopy both). h) Collecting, entering and collating course and instructor’s feedbacks. i) Preparation of letter such as invitation letters/bonafide based on student’s suitable requirements/disciplinary/expense bills and associated work etc. under the guidance of department head. j) Terms registration of participants, event management support and convocation related work. k) Website updating, preparing leaflets, policy and manuals etc. l) In online Mode working on Moodle, Handling zoom a/cs and other academic software’s. m) Assisting the PGP Office in its day-to-day/any other duty assigned by department head related to academics as per requirement which may involve working on weekends if need be.

Selected candidate will be offered a fixed term appointment for a period of upto One year on third party contract/IIM Nagpur contract on a consolidated monthly salary on CTC mode. The contract may be extended further based on performance/satisfactory discharge of duties and institute’s requirements.

Indian Institute of Management Nagpur started its journey in the year 2015 under the mentorship of Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. The Institute’s first batch of Post Graduate Programme (PGP) in Management commenced on the 23rd of July 2015.
IIM Nagpur shifted to its new 132-acre campus, situated at MIHAN, Nagpur, Maharashtra, in November 2021.
IIM Nagpur, being a new generation IIM, aims to create value-driven leaders, global managers, and entrepreneurs with strong conceptual foundations and analytical approach to help them be the best in whichever field they choose. The aim is to innovatively address the needs of a modern India, and connecting aspirations and realities to attain benchmarks that are respected internationally. IIM Nagpur is gradually increasing its portfolio of activities to fulfill these objectives.
The institute’s curriculum has been designed by experts from the field of management education. A significant feature of IIMN is the Field Immersion Module which helps the students to experience real-life problems and come up with practical solutions for them.
