Educational Qualification: Any Post Graduate, MBA/PGDM

1. Post Name: Asst. Officer/Officer – Career Development Services(CDS)

2. Job Description:

a. Asst. Officer/Officer-CDS will act as an interface between Institute, students and recruiters and nurture and develop IIMN’s relationships with prospective recruiters.

b. To generate employment opportunities for students by establishing and maintaining relationships with potential recruiters of repute.

c. To search for employment as well as experiential (e.g. summer internships) opportunities for students.

d. Support Career Development activities through Presentations, Industry Outreach, and Student Orientation.

e. Any other administrative duties assigned from time to time.

3. Qualification: Post-Graduation/ MBA from reputed Institute.

4. Skills:

a. Prospective candidates must have (a) excellent administrative skills, (b) an ability to multi-task, (c) eye for detail, and (d) excellent oral and written communication skills

b. The candidate should have strong industry networking skills and should be passionate about helping students succeed professionally.

c. Should be willing to travel outstation as and when required.

5. Experience: Candidates with overall 7 years of experience, out of which at least 5 years of experience in Placements in business schools is desirable. Placement experience in especially in an IIM or an institute of repute are likely to be preferred

6. Salary & Allowances: Selected candidate will be offered a fixed term appointment for a period of upto three years on contract on a consolidated monthly salary on CTC mode. The contract may be extended further based on performance / satisfactory discharge of duties and institute’s requirements.
