Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
1. Post Name: Senior Executive / Asst. Officer (Directors Office)
2. The duties of the person include but are not limited to the following-
a. To look after Appointment of Director with various ministry for events/seminars/meetings/conferences etc.
b. Communication to external stakeholder regarding Director’s confirmation for attending such events.
c. Preparing writeups/Notes/Presentation for Director for participation is external events if needed.
d. Replying to Ministries/Management division/RTI on behalf of Director by taking inputs from Director & CAO.
e. Planning & scheduling Faculty Council meeting with respect to Director’s availability.
f. Circulating Agenda of Faculty Council meeting
g. Giving specific inputs and important points of discussion to Director before meeting
h. Keep update Director’s travel plan & Calendar for external events. Providing writeup notes/reports/PPT to Director for the event.
i. Ensuring confidentiality & control of movements of documents from Director’s Office
j. Planning & Organising for various administrative arrangements of Director’s event.
k. Any other co-aligned matters assigned by institute from time to time.
3. Qualification: Graduate in any discipline is a must. Post-graduation is desirable.
4. Skills:
a. The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in Hindi and English. Proven experience in academic institutions is desirable.
b. Excellent use of MS-Office tools such as MS-Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
c. The candidate may be tested on the Computer skills as required for the position during the interview process
5. Experience: The candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in administration or Secretariat role or Front Desk operations at reputed organization. (Preferably from Education, Travel & tourism industry, Hospitality industry)
6. Salary & Allowances:
Selected candidate will be offered a fixed term appointment for a period of upto One year on third party / IIM Nagpur contract on a consolidated monthly salary equivalent to Level 6 to Level 8 of 7th CPC. The contract may be extended further based on performance / satisfactory discharge of duties and institute’s requirements.

Indian Institute of Management Nagpur started its journey in the year 2015 under the mentorship of Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. The Institute’s first batch of Post Graduate Programme (PGP) in Management commenced on the 23rd of July 2015.
IIM Nagpur shifted to its new 132-acre campus, situated at MIHAN, Nagpur, Maharashtra, in November 2021.
IIM Nagpur, being a new generation IIM, aims to create value-driven leaders, global managers, and entrepreneurs with strong conceptual foundations and analytical approach to help them be the best in whichever field they choose.
