Managerial and functional responsibilities: Responsible for leading the trust level relationships with respective Selling Lenders for identifying and acquiring distressed assets to be transferred to NARCL, subject to meeting required conditions and engagement with Trust Level investors on a regular basis. Driving smooth transaction flow of acquisition of assets from respective Selling Lenders via the investment manager. Liaising and communicating with investment managers to undertake due diligence of identified assets and ensure documentation requirements are met. Responsible for reviewing deal valuations, pricing and participating in bidding process for acquisition of assets. Collaborate with CEO IDRCL to implement board approved policies for resolution of acquired assets

1. The selection is proposed to be undertaken on the basis of Shortlisting and Group Discussion and/or Interview as under; However, Company may decide the modalities of selection depending on the number of applications received.
a) The application received will be shortlisted on the basis of track record of the candidate and suitability.
b) Candidates to the extent of required number only will be called for Interview.
c) The shortlisted candidates have to undergo the process of Group Discussion and/or Interview.

Indian Banks' Association is managed by a managing committee, and the current managing committee consists of one chairman, 3 deputy chairmen, 1 honorary secretary and 26 members.
