Educational Qualification: A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recogmized by the Govt. Of India Govt bodies/AICTE.
Experience: 3-5 years experience in Secretarial role in Banking/Financial industry or hospitality sector is preferred

INR
39660-94660/- (Per Month)
Age Limit: 20-40 years as on 01.05.2022.
Selection Procedure
Candidates will be selected based on written test/personal interview/medical test/ walk-in-interview. Candidates will be shortlisted based on the given criteria.

IBA may send call letters for Personal interview and/or Selection Process on the registered EmailID. În case, a candidate does not have a valid personal email ID, he/she should create his/ her new email ID before applying.
2. Candidates shall be required to apply to the position/s only through the link : (https://career.iba.org.in/). Applications received through any other source shall be not accepted.
3. The name of the candidate should be mentioned correctly in the application as it appears in the certificates/ mark sheets
4. Any change/ alteration found at a later stage may disqualify the candidature. Candidates shall also be required to upload passport size photograph and signature as per the size mentioned in the link.
5. An acknowledgement number shall be generated on submission of the application. Candidates should keep a note of the acknowledgement number for future reference.
6. Applications once submitted shall be considered final and no amendments shall be permitted. Therefore, candidates should take due care before submitting the applications.
7. The last date and time for receipt of the application shall be Tuesday, 31.05.2022, 5.00 p.m.

Indian Banks' Association (IBA), formed on (26 September 1946) as a representative body of management of banking in India operating in India - an association of Indian banks and financial institutions based in Mumbai. With an initial membership representing 22 banks in India in 1946, IBA currently represents 247 banking companies operating in India. IBA was formed for development, coordination and strengthening of Indian banking, and assist the member banks in various ways including implementation of new systems and adoption of standards among the members.
Indian Banks' Association is managed by a managing committee, and the current managing committee consists of one chairman, 3 deputy chairmen, 1 honorary secretary and 26 members.
