Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

Rules on Qualifications:
- Prescribed essential qualifications are the minimum; possessing them alone does not guarantee selection.
- Mark sheets alone in place of Degree/Diploma/Certificates will not be accepted.
- Provisional claims regarding eligibility will not be accepted.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
The selection process has two stages:
- Screening of Applications: All applications received by the due date will be screened against minimum educational qualification and experience criteria. The Institute reserves the right to devise its own shortlisting criteria through a duly constituted Selection Committee.
- Presentation and/or Interview: Only shortlisted candidates will be called before the duly constituted selection committee at IICA Campus, Manesar or through video conference. Date and time will be communicated separately to shortlisted candidates only.
No TA/DA will be paid to candidates attending the interview. IICA’s decision on eligibility, acceptance or rejection of applications, equivalence of qualifications, mode of screening/selection, and conduct of interview will be final and binding.
