Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised University. Desirable Qualifications: One-year Diploma in Computer Applications. Skill test:
(a) Dictation: 10mts @ 100 w.p.m.
(b) Transcription: 40mts. (English) or 55mts. (Hindi) on computer.
(c) Computer proficiency viz. Typing Skills, Word Processing, Spreadsheet, Internet,
E-mail communications etc.
Experience: Three years of experience as a Stenographer/Steno-typist in Govt. Academic Institutes/Open and Distance Learning Institutes/Autonomous Bodies/Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).

Age Limit: 30 years.
Selection Procedure
Candidates will be selected based on written test/personal interview/medical test/walkin interview. Once a candidate is selected they will be placed as Personal Assistant in IIFT.

The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) was established in 1963 as an autonomous body under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry to contribute in the skill building for the external trade sector of India. It offers research and training in international business and trade. The Institute was granted “Deemed to be University” status in 2002. The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) has recognized IIFT as Grade ‘A’ Institution in 2005 as well as in 2015.
