Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E

1. Position: Assistant Manager CSITM

2. Experience and Educational qualification:

(i) Candidate should be engineering graduate with 55% (full-time) from a recognized institution, preferably with courses on Digital Marketing

(ii) Candidate should have relevant work experience of 6 years related to social media marketing and content creation & editing

3. Compensation: The candidate will be paid with a minimum Basic of Rs. 29200 per month, plus applicable DA (currently at 31% of Basic), HRA of 23%, NPS employer contribution of 14 %, outpatient medical reimbursement up to 30,000 per annum, medical insurance cover of Rs 5,00,000 for self, spouse and 2 dependent children and other applicable benefits as per IIMB contract appointment norms.

4. Key Skills / Abilities/ Knowledge required:

(i) Good interpersonal skills with a solution-orientation mindset, and ability to network and manage relationships effectively with internal and external stakeholders

(ii) Strong commitment to service and capacity to collaborate and communicate with diverse stakeholders like faculty, non-academic staff, and external stakeholders

(iii) Strong communication skills – verbal and written

(iv) Proficiency in content curation, editing, and writing skills and tools

(v) Proficiency in social media marketing skills and tools

(vi) Understands current technology-related trends & topics well enough to write technology blogs

(vii) Must be enthusiastic, initiative-taker, creative, and a go-getter

(viii) Basic Graphic Design Skills and knowledge of Desktop Publishing Tools will be an added advantage
