Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Physics / Materials Science / Electronic Science with minimum 5 years research experience and at least 8 publications on Optoelectronic materials and devices in Science Citation Indexed journals.

Pay Scale: INR 47000
Age Limit: Upper age limit is 35 years. Relaxable upto 5 years in the case of SC/ST/OBC/Physically Handicapped / Visually Handicapped and female applicant.
