IIT Bhilai Invites Application for Project Associate-I Recruitment 2022

Applications are invited from Indian nationals for the position of Project Associate-I in a SERB funded research project with the following details:

1. Post Name: Project Associate-I

2. Title of the Project: A study of polynomials over valued fields

3. Number of Positions: 1

4. Essential qualifications: MSc (Mathematics/Computer Science) or B.Tech. (Computer Science) from a recognized institute/university or statutory body.

5. Desirable: Preference will be given to candidates having CSIR/UGC JRF-NET/GATE and working experience relevant to the project. Have a good knowledge of Commutative Algebra, Algebraic Number Theory.

6. Salary: Rs. 31,000 per month + 16% HRA to applicants who are selected through National Eligibility Tests CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE or (b) A selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions. OR i) Rs. 25,000 per month + 16% HRA for others who do not fall under above.

7. Duration: One year or co-terminus with the project, whichever is earlier
