Applications are invited for the following vacant post purely on contract basis at Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission (IPC), an Autonomous organization under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Ghaziabad, through Manpower Resource Outsourcing Services Providing Agency.
1. Name of the Post: Junior Materiovigilance Associate

3. Salary: 26,250.00
4. Qualification: Graduation in Biomedical Engineering/Clinical Engineering OR Master's in Pharmacy. Good knowledge of computers.
5. Place of Posting: Preferably Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission (IPC), Ghaziabad Or Any MDMC centers under Materiovigilance Programme of India across the country. (List of MDMC available at www.ipc.gov.in Well versed knowledge of computer application (MS Excel, Word Pwer point) and other tools.
6. Job Description: Duly collect/analyse and report medical deviceassociated adverse events to NCC-MvPI, IPC. Focus Monitoring & Reporting of Adverse Events associated with PPEs used in COVID-19 in your center. To organize sensitization programme for healthcare professionals periodically at MDMC to strengthen MvPI programme. Expansion of MvPI network by contacting healthcare facilities pan India and supporting in enrollment process of MDMC To supplement the MvPI newsletter by providing the regional/field technical activities.

Selection Will be Based either Written Exam/Interview

The Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission (IPC) is an autonomous institution under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. It was established in the year 1945 with the aim of setting standards for all drugs that are manufactured, sold and consumed in India.
The IPC is responsible for publishing the Indian Pharmacopoeia (IP), which is the official book of standards for drugs included in the Indian Pharmacopoeia. The IP is updated regularly to ensure that the standards for drugs are up-to-date and in line with the latest scientific developments.
In addition to setting standards for drugs, the IPC also undertakes research and development activities in the field of drug standards, provides training and support to drug analysts and regulators, and collaborates with national and international organizations to promote the quality of drugs.
The IPC is committed to ensuring the safety, efficacy and quality of drugs in India and plays a key role in protecting public health.
