Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navaratna Company under the Ministry of Defence, has released a notification for the recruitment of Trainee Engineer-I and Trainee Officer-I on a temporary basis for its Ghaziabad Unit. Eligible candidates can pre-register for the Walk-in Selection process.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Trainee Engineer-I

• Essential Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering (4 years course) in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, Communication, Electronics & Instrumentation, Applied Electronics & Instrumentation, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Telecommunication, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical & Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Production Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Information Science, Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or Chemical Engineering from a recognized Institute/University.
• Class: Candidates must have secured a Pass class.
• Institute: Degree must be from AICTE/UGC approved college/Institute or recognized University.

Eligibility for Trainee Officer-I

• Essential Qualification: MBA (Finance) with Pass Class.
• Institute: Degree must be from AICTE/UGC approved college/Institute or recognized University.

Salary / Stipend

• Trainee Engineer/Officer - I: Rs. 30,000/- per month.
• Additional Benefits: Area allowance @ 10% of consolidated remuneration (only for candidates posted to various sites and customer locations). Rs. 12,000/- per year towards insurance premium, attire allowance, stitching charges, footwear allowance, etc.

• Registration Start Date: 29.12.2025
• Registration End Date: 09.01.2026 (11:00 A.M.)
• Date of Written Test: 11.01.2026 (09:00 A.M.)

Selection Process

Selection will be conducted through a Written Test. The test will be of 100 marks with negative marking of 1/4 marks for each wrong response.

• Minimum Qualifying Marks:
  • General/EWS/OBC-NCL: 35%
  • SC/ST/PwBD: 30%
• The selection process will commence at 09:00 AM on 11.01.2026, only for candidates who have pre-registered by 09.01.2026.

How to Apply

Interested candidates must pre-register via the QR Code provided in the official notification (or on the BEL website) by 09.01.2026. Candidates must bring a duly filled application form and self-attested photocopies of documents (SSLC/12th/Degree Marks cards, Degree Certificate, Caste/PwBD certificate, Experience certificates, NOC if working in PSU/Govt, SBI Fee Payment Receipt, ID Proof, etc.) to the venue for the Walk-in Selection.

Application Fees

• Trainee Engineer/Officer - I: Rs. 150 + 18% GST
• Exemption: Candidates belonging to SC, ST & PwBD categories are exempted from payment of application fee.
• Fee should be remitted through SBI Collect (online). The reference number must be entered in the application form.
