Binding by seven Fundamental Principles i.e. Humanity, Impartiality, Neutrality, Independence, Voluntary Service, Unity and Universality the Indian Red Cross Society, Haryana State Branch has promoted mutual understanding, friendship, cooperation and lasting peace amongst all people.
