Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

All four posts share the same minimum qualification requirements for teaching B.Sc. Ag. (Hons.) undergraduate programme:

• Master's degree in the relevant subject of Agriculture / Veterinary Science with 55% marks (or equivalent grade 6.50 on a 10.0 scale) with a good academic record.
• NET certificate along with one NAAS-related journal publication is compulsory for Master's degree holders.
• NET may be waived for Ph.D. holders who have completed coursework as per UGC Regulation 2009 and hold at least two full-length publications with NAAS rating not less than 4.
• Ph.D. holders without course work do not qualify for NET exemption.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

1. Publication of Eligible and Non-Eligible List — 25 November 2026
2. Objection/Claims Accepted by Email — 26 November 2026 to 27 November 2026 (up to 05:00 PM)
3. Publication of Updated Eligible and Non-Eligible List — 30 November 2026
4. Document Verification and Interview by the Committee — 2 December 2026 from 11:00 AM at College of Agriculture, Raipur (C.G.). Candidates must bring all original documents on the interview date.
5. Final Selection based on guidelines and norms of the university (2019).

Note: Canvassing in any form is a disqualification. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview. Incomplete applications shall be rejected.

• All Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets (Relevant Qualifications)
• NET Certificate Copy (as applicable)
• Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead / Appointment Orders (if applicable)
• Publications List in Bibliographical Form with Reprints
• Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable)
• Self-attested passport-size photograph and Self-attested copies of all certificates
• Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
• Disability Certificate from Competent Authority (if applicable)
• Affidavit on Rs. 50/- Stamp Paper agreeing to terms and conditions (post-selection)
