"The applicants who have applied earlier need not apply again but if someone wishes to submit again, can do so" Public Information Unit of Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) proposes to appoint consultants at its Headquarters, Maidan Garhi for a period of two years extendable every six months.

3. Essential Qualification and Experience: 

a) Must have a PG degree in Management (MBA preferably in Marketing) with 55% & above

b) Should have at least 5 years of experience in organizing Educational Conferences/Events/Meet at National and International Level or in Electronic Media/Social Media and Media Management /Open & Distance Learning Student Support in ODL System.

4. Desirable: Working knowledge of computers with content writing skills for press releases and ads, Media relations in print & digital publications, & electronic channels, working experience in distance education institutions preferred.
