Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Admin Assistant Cum Data Entry Operator

• Essential Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with 1 (one) year of experience in administration/finance and accounts work.
• Experience: 3 years of experience in administration/finance, accounts work and working in government, Autonomous, PSU or any other recognized organization preferably research setup (Desirable).
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and basic data management tools. Good drafting, documentation, and communication skills (English and Hindi).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage official correspondence, schedules, and project-related documentation.
• Organize meetings, workshops, and events; coordinate logistics and take minutes of meetings.
• Liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, community organizations, and external agencies.
• Assist in preparation of project reports, presentations, and grant-related documents.
• Prepare, draft, and update documents related to e-file / e-office processes.
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in digital databases, MIS, and project software.
• Review data for accuracy; perform data cleaning, coding, and handling missing values.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical files for easy retrieval.
• Generate data reports and retrieve information as requested.
• Ensure data security, confidentiality, and compliance with project guidelines.
• Support documentation related to monitoring, reporting, and audits.
• Any other data-related work assigned by the Principal Investigator.

Candidates are required to attend the Walk-in-Interview with the completed application form (attached as Annexure in the notification) and one set of self-attested photocopies of the following documents:

• Class 10th & 12th certificates
• Degree certificates (Bachelor's/Master's)
• Experience certificates
• PAN Card & Aadhaar Card

Venue: MPH Phase-1, Upper Basement, ILBS

Date & Time: 19th January 2026. Form submission: 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM. Interview Starts: 11:30 AM.

Important Notes:

• No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
• The institute reserves the right to cancel the post without assigning reasons.
• Appointments may be extended until project completion based on performance/funds.
