IRMA Requires an Enthusiastic Junior Executive for its Front Desk Office

1. Post Name: Enthusiastic Junior Executive

2. Job Description:

A) The incumbent attends to visitors and calls and directs them to appropriate offices within the institute. 

B) The incumbent notifies concerned offices within the institute of visitor arrival.

C) The incumbent maintains and processes bills, vouchers, and keeps files ready for the telecommunications system,

D) The incumbent is also responsible for managing the dispatch function of receiving and allocating for onward distribution the incoming posts and parcels and managing the relevant billing process

E) The incumbent is responsible for making travel arrangements for IRMA staff, visitors, and IRMA dignitaries. 

F) The incumbent is responsible for Keeping the reception area safe and clean reception by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

3. Qualification and Experience:

The incumbent should hold a Graduate degree in any stream with at least 55% of marks. Work experience in a relevant area is desirable. The incumbent should have very good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi and equally good interpersonal skills. Exposure to the rural sector will be an advantage. Skill in computer-based processing in MS Office, and website management is desirable.

4. Remuneration and Tenure: The appointment will be made purely on a three-year contract with a consolidated remuneration between Rs.18,000/- to Rs.20,000/- per month.

5. The Director, IRMA reserves the right to make relaxations in the prescribed qualifications/ experience if found suitable.

Selection Procedure

Mere fulfilling of the minimum qualifications and experience prescribed will not make a candidate eligible to be called for an interview. Only short-listed candidates will be called for the interview. No correspondence/interim enquiries/telephonic enquiry in the matter will be entertained.
