Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Commerce, Business, Management, or allied areas.
• Experience: Previous experience in program management (preferably in incubation or administration) is preferred. Candidates with relevant experience may be given preference.

2. Age Limit & Relaxation

Selection Process

This is not an examination-based recruitment. The selection is merit-based and involves the following stages:

1. Screening: Based on the application and fulfilment of minimum qualifications.

• Assisting and coordinating ongoing projects and activities of the IRMA ISEED Foundation.
• Coordinating with various departments of IRMA and TSU for smooth functioning.
• Managing day-to-day activities, internal communication, and back-office works.
• Assisting in program documentation, reporting, and strategy execution.
• Managing communication for ISEED’s programs on digital and offline platforms.
• Assisting in the identification, evaluation, and selection of potential startup ventures.
