IRMA Invites Application for Research Fellow Recruitment 2021

VKCoE is actively engaged in research, consultancy, extension, and outreach while striving to contribute to policies related to the Dairy and Cooperative Sector including agriculture cooperatives and other forms of organizations. We are looking to hire a highly motivated individual to work full-time on various assignments.

1. Post Name: Research Fellow

2. Job Responsibilities: Drafting research proposals, analysing data, and drafting research reports Designing survey instruments and data collection Monitoring field-work mainly focussed on rural-based collective organizations, farmers, dairies, ete Helping in content creation for press and social media accounts Helping in administrative and coordination work to VKCoE Chairperson

3. Remuneration: Consolidated remuneration in the range of Rs. 35,000/- to 50,000/- per month depending upon qualification and experience

4. Essential Qualification: Masters degree in dairy/veterinary discipline. Preference will be given to candidates having a doctorate degree and having one year of experience.

5. Duration: Appointments will be made purely temporarily for a period till 31st March 2022

Selection Procedure

1, Shortlisting of candidates will be done based on their CV.

2. Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed online or offline.

3. The selected candidate shall be expected to join immediately. IRMA reserves the right to accept/reject any application. Relaxation in qualification/experience may be considered by IRMA in the case of an exceptional candidate. IRMA also reserves the right to select an appropriate candidate outside the pool of applicants.
