1. Position : Trained Graduate Teacher (Mathematics, English, Science)

3. Qualification : Bachelor degree from a recognized university or equivalent, Degree in teaching, Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) Paper II, conducted by CBSE in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose
4. Experience : 8 years teaching experience in a State/Central Govt recognized School
5. Pay Level as per TN Govt. Pay Scales : Pay Level 16 Rs. 36400-115700 Group B
1. Position : Post Graduate Teacher (Commerce, English)

3. Qualification : Master’s degree in the concerned subject from a recognized university or equivalent.Degree in Education
4. Experience : 5 years teaching experience in a State/Central Govt recognized School
5. Pay Level as per TN Govt. Pay Scales : Pay Level-18 Rs.36900-116600 Group B

The Foundation is based in Chennai. The academy was founded in January 1936 by Rukmini Devi Arundale.
