Educational Qualification: Candidate Should have PUC (Arts/ Commerce/ Science) or obtained a passing grade in 10+2 from ICSE/ CBSE or any equivalent qualification. Alternatively, candidates may have completed a 3-year Diploma program from the Technical Education Department. Additionally, possessing a valid motor vehicle operator’s license and badge is mandatory for eligibility.
Pay Scale:
INR
18,660-25,300/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 45 Years.

For General/ OBC/ 2A/ 2B/ 3A/ 3B candidates: Rs. 750/-.

The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) is a government organization in the state of Karnataka, India. It was established to conduct various entrance exams for admissions into professional courses offered by institutions in the state.
The KEA is responsible for conducting exams such as the Common Entrance Test (CET) for undergraduate courses like engineering, medical and dental, the Postgraduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) for admissions to MBA, MCA, M.E, M.Tech and M.Arch courses, and the Diploma CET for admissions to diploma courses.
Apart from conducting exams, the KEA also facilitates the counseling process for admissions into various courses, and manages the seat allotment process.
The primary objective of the Karnataka Examination Authority is to ensure fair and transparent selection of candidates for admission into professional courses, and to promote merit-based admissions.
