Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation Ltd (KSIDC) is a government-owned industrial and investment promotion agency based in the Indian state of Kerala. It was established in 1961 with the objective of promoting, developing, and financing medium and large-scale industries in the state.
KSIDC provides various services to industrial entrepreneurs, such as providing financial assistance, identifying suitable land for setting up industries, providing technical consultancy services, and assisting in obtaining various statutory clearances required for setting up industries.
KSIDC also plays a key role in the development of industrial infrastructure in the state. It has set up various industrial parks, estates, and special economic zones (SEZs) in different parts of Kerala. These industrial parks and estates provide world-class infrastructure facilities to industries and help attract domestic and foreign investment to the state.
Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation Ltd (KSIDC) is the agency of the government of Kerala for promoting and developing medium and large-scale units. KSIDC was established in the year 1961. Head Office is located at Trivandrum.
