The KLES Krishi Vigyan Kendra has already been carved as a niche which is one of the leading educational society which consist of more than 238 institutes that fulfills the needs of education that starts from the lower kindergarten to postgraduates doctor programmes in various fields of education like medicine (healthcare), engineering and technology, etc.The KLES Krishi Vigyan Kendra that is at Belgaum has been emerged as one of the most reputed educational society and the KLES University at Belgaum in state of Karnataka is a graded as “A” on 13th April in the year 2006.The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), Department of Agriculture Research and Education (DARE), Ministry of Agriculture, Government of India has established an addition to the Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) to the KLE Society, Belgaum, Karnataka.

The KLES Krishi Vigyan Kendra society is located at Belgaum that was sanctioned in the year 1916 and which was started with a concern of commitment, dedication and full support by the seven teachers known as Sapta Rishi.It has also already started School of Agriculture Training and Research at Belgaum a decade ago un the year 1999 that offers the two years Diploma course.The main objective is demonstrating the latest technologies of agriculture & allied subjects with a view to lower the time lag between technology generation and adoption.
