3 .Job Description : 

a) Overall responsibility for all HR issues

b) Drive the recruitment process

c) Develop plans and implement it to generate a talent pipeline for core functions

d) Implement the HR policies and processes and review it periodically for any amendments

e) Implement the grievance procedure across the organisation to enhance employee satisfaction

f) Implement the disciplinary procedure across the Organisation to maintain discipline in the Organisation

g) Implement the Performance Management System including promotions and increment

h) Ensure smooth onboarding for new employees

i) Responsible for smooth separation and analyze exit interview results, identify trends and make recommendations to increase the retention of talent

j) Develop and drive employee engagement activities across the organisation

k) Maintain positive relationship with the employees, address any IR issues and facilitate conflict resolution

l) Ensure maintenance of a healthy and safe working environment across all locations

m) Ensure compliance to statutory rules and regulations

n) Responsible for timely payroll

o) Develop relationships with relevant stakeholders, e.g.  Employees, statutory bodies, Vendors etc.

p) Establish accountability and ownership in his/her team towards achievement of deliverables against the plan

q) Responsible for management of direct reports which includes performance management and skill enhancement activities

r) Provide coaching, direction and leadership support to direct reports / team members in order to achieve results

4. Academic Qualifications : Master’s Degree/ MBA with specialized degree in HR management and/ or Administrative management. At least 12 years of experience in similar organization with demonstrable track record. Problem solving skills and knowledge in legal issues will be an added advantage. Should have good interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Remuneration : Salary will be negotiable based on expertise and experience
