- Essential: Graduate degree in any discipline from UGC recognized University. Hindi or Sanskrit knowledge at matriculation level (Class 10) or above. Valid domicile certificate of Madhya Pradesh (for reserved category candidates).
- Experience: No prior experience is mandatory for this position. Fresh graduates can apply. Relevant administrative experience will be an added advantage.
- Desirable: Experience in administrative work, knowledge of office procedures and documentation, and computer proficiency.

Selection Process
The selection process will be conducted through a competitive examination:
- Preliminary Examination: Objective type examination consisting of 100 multiple choice questions of 200 marks. Duration: 2 hours. Negative Marking: 1/3 marks deducted for each wrong answer.
- The preliminary examination is qualifying in nature.
- Candidates who qualify the preliminary examination will be called for the main examination.
- The main examination will consist of written papers on subjects relevant to the post.
- Final selection will be based on the performance in the main examination and interview.
- Merit list will be prepared based on the total marks obtained by candidates.
