Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Data Entry Operator (Contract)

  • Essential Qualification: Higher Secondary or 10+2 examination passed from a recognized institution by the state government. CPCT examination conducted by MAP IT passed. Original resident of M.P.
  • Experience: Refer to official notification
  • Desirable: Must qualify in English and Hindi typing in CPCT examination.

Salary / Age Limit

  • Salary: Matrix Level-4 (19,500-62,000) equivalent.
  • Age Limit (as on 01-01-2026): Minimum Age: 21 years, Maximum Age: 40 years. For women, scheduled caste, scheduled tribe and other backward class maximum age limit 45 years.

Selection Process

Selection of applicants fulfilling educational qualification, original residence, reservation and age conditions will be done on merit basis on the marks obtained in computer proficiency in CPCT examination. Must qualify in English and Hindi typing in CPCT examination, although typing score will not be added to merit.
