The Manipur Pollution Control Board (MPCB) is a statutory body constituted by the Government of Manipur under the provision of Section 4 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Section 5 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
