Educational Qualification: i) Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Chemical or Marine Engineering of a recognized University or equivalent. ii) Ten years' experience in handling various aspects of Industrial Safety in a factory, dock, ship or a technical institution/organization or in a Government Department dealing with the administration of Factories Act, 1948 (63 of 1948) or the Dock Workers (Safety, Health and Welfare) Act, 1986 (54 of 1986).

Pay Scale: INR 15600-39100 plus Grade Pay of Rs.7600/-

Age Limit: Maximum 56 years.
