Educational Qualification: The Candidate should have Graduate Degree from recognized University with Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with Computer Literacy. Degree in Law from recognized University / Institute Should be preferable.
Minimum 5 years post qualification experience as Company Secretary in a listed Company.
Pay Scale:
INR
140655-272215/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 45 Years.

The MSEB Holding Company Limited is a Government of Maharashtra owned Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 after trifurcation of the erstwhile Maharashtra State Electricity Board (“MSEB”). The primary object of the Company is to invest in companies engaged in the field of generation, transmission, distribution and trading of electricity or any or all of these activities.
The Company is the Holding Company of its Wholly-owned Subsidiaries viz. Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited, Maharashtra State Power Generation Company Limited and Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company Limited working in the energy sector in the state of Maharashtra.
The Company’s predecessor, MSEB was formed on June 20, 1960 under section 5 of the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1948. In 1998 it was the second largest electricity generating utility in India after National Thermal Power Corporation.
