Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Senior Public Health Specialist

• Essential: Either (1) MBBS with MD (PSM/Community Medicine) / MD (CHA) / MD (Tropical Medicine) or DNB (Social and Preventive Medicine / Community Medicine); OR (2) MBBS with EIS Training Course Certificate; OR (3) B.Sc. in Life Sciences with MPH (Epidemiology)/DPH (Epidemiology), MAE, or PhD in relevant fields.
• Experience: >10 years of field experience after obtaining essential qualification in implementing Public Health Programmes/Interventions with a focus on communicable diseases.

Eligibility for Public Health Specialist

• Essential: Either (1) MBBS with MD (PSM/Community Medicine) / MD (CHM) / MD (Tropical Medicine) or DNB (Social and Preventive Medicine / Community Medicine); OR (2) MBBS with EIS Training Course Certificate; OR (3) B.Sc. in Life Sciences with MPH (Epidemiology)/DPH (Epidemiology), MAE, or PhD in relevant fields.

Eligibility for Microbiologist

• Essential: Either (1) MBBS with MD/DNB in Medical Microbiology/Lab Medicine; OR (2) M.Sc. in Medical Microbiology/Microbiology/Biotechnology/Biomedical Sciences with PhD in relevant fields.
• Experience: >3 years experience in clinical microbiology laboratory services/public health program.

Eligibility for Entomologist

• Essential: M.Sc. in Entomology/Zoology preferably Doctorate (PhD) in Medical Entomology.
• Experience: >5 years in entomological investigations pertaining to Zoonotic diseases.

Eligibility for Veterinary officer

• Essential: Postgraduate Veterinary degree in Veterinary Public Health/Epidemiology/Medicine/Microbiology/Preventive Medicine/Pathology. Registration in Veterinary Council of India/States.
• Experience: >5 years post-qualification experience in Veterinary Public health/Epidemiology/Animal Health.

Eligibility for Food safety expert

• Essential: Either (1) Bachelor's science degree with nutrition/microbiology; OR (2) Masters in Applied Nutrition/Microbiology/Medical Microbiology.
• Experience: >5 years experience (Bachelor's) or >3 years experience (Master's) in Microbial hygiene indicators of food safety.
• Desirable: Prior experience working in lab for isolation and identification of food pathogens.

Eligibility for Admin Officer

• Essential: Either (1) Master's in Business Administration (MBA) preferably Hospital/Health Management; OR (2) Bachelor's in Business Administration (BBA) preferably Hospital/Health Management.
• Experience: 5 years in Administration (Post-Master's) OR 10 years (Post-Bachelor's) in public sector preferably health.

Eligibility for Technical officer (Finance)

• Essential: Either (1) MBA (Finance)/ICWA/CA; OR (2) M.Com.
• Experience: >4 years post MBA/ICWA/CA OR >7 years post M.Com in financial management.
• Desirable: Experience handling projects supported by World Bank.

Eligibility for Research assistant

• Essential: Graduate with Master Degree in Public Health (MPH), Life sciences, Epidemiology, or MBA in Health discipline.
• Experience: >2 years post-qualification work experience.

Eligibility for Technical Assistant

• Essential: B.Sc. in MLT.
• Experience: >2 years experience in clinical Microbiology laboratory. Must be proficient in computer applications.
• Desirable: Work experience in bacteriology laboratory.

Eligibility for Multipurpose Assistant

• Essential: Graduate Degree.
• Experience: >3 years relevant experience preferable in health programme. Must have working knowledge of Computer Application.
• Desirable: Typing speed 40WPM, Stenography 80WPM, Knowledge of filing/Indexing.

Eligibility for Training Manager

• Essential: Graduate with MBA, preferably in HR Management.
• Experience: >3 years relevant experience preferably in health or social sector.

Eligibility for Technical Officer (IT)

• Essential: Either (1) Post Graduate Degree in IT/Computer Science (M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc); OR (2) Graduate in IT/Computer Science (B.E/B.Tech/BCA).

Eligibility for Communication Specialist
