1. Educational Qualification

The court gives preference to Retired Employees from the Telangana Judicial Ministerial and Subordinate Service. If no suitable retired candidate is available, outsiders may be considered based on the following qualifications:

• For Court Assistant: Graduation or equivalent qualification.
• For Court Attendant: Passed 7th class examination.
• For Retired Candidates: Retired from Telangana Judicial Ministerial and Subordinate Service (any post) or T.S. High Court Service (Assistant, Examiner, Typist, Copyist, or above).

2. Age Limit

Age calculated as of 01.07.2026

• Minimum Age: 18 years (for outsiders).
• Maximum Age: 34 years (for outsiders).
• Retired Employees: Must not exceed 64 years (and should not have crossed 65 years for eligibility).

3. Age Relaxation

• SC/ST/BC Candidates: 5 years relaxation.
• Physically Handicapped & Ex-Servicemen: 10 years relaxation.

4. Mandatory Requirements

• Local Preference: Preference will be given to local candidates residing in the same station or nearby areas.
