Educational Qualification: Any Graduate, B.A, B.B.A, B.Com
1. Position: Project Assistant
2. Qualification & Experience :
a) Full Time Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university preferably B.Com/BBA/BA
b) Relevant work experience of minimum 2 years in the field of HR
3. Other Essential attributes and skills :
a) Technical Skills/Attributes & Values
b) Basic understanding of policies and procedures of the organization
c) Well versed with computer applications
d) High on integrity, discipline & quality of work
e) Clear and effective communication and interpersonal skills
f) Preparation of reports/documents working in Team
4. Fixed monthly contractual consideration of Rs. 35,000/- plus PF, subject to statutory deductions
5. The position is for a fixed term on contractual basis for 03 years.
