Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

Senior Associate (Technical) – 15 Posts

• Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institute
• Desirable: Master's Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or other relevant allied disciplines
• Experience: 2-9 years in handling technical matters related to DPR appraisal, design review, construction supervision, contract management, and quality control of highway/bridge/tunnel projects in Government Organizations, PSUs, or reputed infrastructure firms; minimum 2 years (730 days) in the National Highways Sector

Senior Associate (Human Resources) – 4 Posts

• Qualification: MBA in HR or equivalent from a recognized University / Institute
• Experience: 2-9 years in handling HR matters including recruitment, manpower planning, employee relations, performance management, service matters, training and development, and HR policy implementation in Government Organizations, PSUs, or reputed organizations; minimum 2 years (730 days) in the National Highways Sector

• Experience: 2-9 years in handling IT matters related to IT infrastructure, network management, software and application management, database administration, cybersecurity, and digital transformation in Government Organizations, PSUs, or reputed organizations; minimum 2 years (730 days) in the National Highways Sector

Common conditions: All essential qualifications must be recognized by AICTE/UGC/State Technical Boards. Candidates must maintain an active email ID for one year with no change permitted during the engagement period. Engagement is subject to successful background verification (BGV). Young Professionals will provide full-time services. Candidates without minimum 2 years (730 days) of relevant post-qualification experience in the National Highways Sector are not eligible.

Pay Structure & Terms of Engagement

• Monthly consultancy fee determined by a slab system based on post-qualification experience (Annexure-I); factor 1.00 for National Highways Sector experience and 0.65 for other experience
