National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) invites application for recruitment to the following Group‘A’ posts on Deputation / Promotion basis:- 1. Position: General Manager (Legal) 2. No of Post: 01 3. Mode: Deputation 4. Classification of posts: Group-A 5. Pay Band and Grade Pay: Level-13 (Rs.1,23,100- 2,15,900) / (prerevised) PB-4 (Rs.37,400- 67,000) with Grade Pay Rs.8,700/- 6. Essential Educational Qualification: (i) Degree in Law from a recognized University/Institute; and 7. Experience: (ii) 14 years’ experience in the pay scale of Pay Band-3 (Rs.15600-39100) with Grade Pay Rs.5400/-(pre-revised in CDA pattern, equivalent to Pay Level 10 of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC) or equivalent or higher, out of which 7 years’ experience in the field of Law related to contractual matters/ arbitration/ legislative matters/ land acquisition. 1. Position: Deputy General Manager (Finance) 2. No of Post: 02 3. Mode: Promotion 4. Classification of posts: Group-A 5. Pay Band and Grade Pay: Level-12 (Rs.78,800- 2,09,200)/(prerevised) PB-3 (Rs.15,600-39,100) with Grade Pay Rs.7,600/ 6. Essential Educational Qualification: Not Applicable 7. By Promotion: Through selection from amongst Manager (Finance & Accounts) in Level-11 of Pay Matrix (Rs.67,700-2,08,700) of NHAI with 05 (five) years’ of regular service in that post.
