Educational Qualification: M.Sc
Applications are invited for the position of Project Associate-I for the following time-bound sponsored project as per the details given below:
1. Post details and No of Posts: Project Associate-I (One position only)
2. Name of the project: Project Entitled “Towards development of nanomaterial based apta-sensor for detection of gut microbiota-derived metabolites biomarkers “funded by DBT. Tenable till – 30.09.2024
3. Educational Qualifications: Project Associate-I: Postgraduate in any field of Life Sciences. The candidates should mention if they have qualified any ‘National Level Examination’ such as NET/GATE.
4. Desirable Qualifications: The candidate should have working knowledge of molecular biology, microbiology and immunology techniques.
5. Emoluments: Rs. 31,000/- per month plus 24% HRA those who have qualified National Level Examination otherwise Rs. 25,000/- per month plus 24% HRA for those who do not have qualified any National Level Examination as per DST revised OM dated 10.07.2020.

Selection Procedure
Only Short listed candidates will be called for interview and they required to submit attested copies of all their certificates and a Demand Draft of Rs 100/- drawn on Canara Bank or Indian Bank payable at Delhi/New Delhi in favour of the Director, NII (SC/ST/PH and Women candidates are exempted subject to submission of documentary proof), at the time of interview.
